Very close to the space: 18 units of VERTEX lifting equipment are working at the satellites production

VERTEX is a long-term partner of JSC "Information Satellite Systems" Academician MF Reshetnev "(JSC " ISS "). This is one of the leading Russian enterprises for production of space communication devices, broadcasting, navigation, geodesy. For several years, VERTEX delivers the lifting equipment to one of the priority projects in Russia - production of spacecraft "Glonass-K" at the JSC "ISS".

The latest two deliveries for the JSC "ISS" consolidated successful cooperation between the companies. In December 2015, 2 units of JLG E450AJ were sent to implement adjustment and assembling works at the satellites production in the framework of the "maintenance, development and use of GLONASS system for 2012 - 2020 years." Self-propelled articulating electric boom lift JLG E450AJ fully complies with strictest requirements for reliability and accuracy of the equipment operation, boom mechanism is distinguished by smoothness, also, the platform has compact dimensions. These characteristics insured participation of JLG E450AJ in the production of satellites.

Another major delivery of the equipment to the customer’s premises for JSC "ISS", which was implemented by LLC VERTEX in March 2016 was accompanied with full instructions of representatives of the buyer. This delivery included a self-propelled mast lift JLG T10E (3 units), JLG T12E (3 units), self-propelled scissor lifts JLG 3246ES, JLG 1930ES (2 units) and a self-propelled industrial crane Valla 25E, mobile mast lift JLG 30AMDC (4 units). Now JSC "ISS" is constructing a complex of industrial buildings in Zheleznogorsk (Krasnoyarsk Territory), and a new assembly and test building. Proper operation of the new building requires lifting equipment, and the company held a tender for the supply of it, which was won by VERTEX, which offered the most interesting conditions.

Compact and maneuverable self-propelled mast lift JLG T10E perfectly suited for a wide range of works in limited space, including indoors. Self-propelled mast lift JLG T12E with vertical telescoping boom is distinguished by little structural weight and compact dimensions, which is also important for operation indoors.

Electric self-propelled scissor lift JLG 3246ES - popular and affordable model that allows you to implement a variety of manipulations at a height of 11.68 m. electric scissor lift JLG 1930ES is equipped with electric drive and low turning radius (1.75 m), which allows it to fulfill complex manipulations with the platform in narrow space.

Self-propelled single-man mast lift JLG 30AMDC with the frame on six wheels also ensures excellent maneuverability indoors.

Self-propelled industrial crane Valla 25E with a lifting capacity of 2.5 tons can be powered by battery or AC power.

In total 14 units of JLG equipment and a Valla crane were delivered to JSC "ISS".
