Recently, specialists from "Quickly and Qualitatively" service team carried out a complex of measures to restore a self-propelled telescopic spider-lift Palazzani TSJ 39, 2011 year of construction.

The lift was operated in heavy conditions of metallurgical production, while working in the ambient of harsh acid concentration.

When addressing to our company, the Customer had the following complaints:

Boom sections became wedged, an extension chain was broken.

Due to the acid impact on the frame and boom section, these elements were covered with rust.

Vertex service team carried out a complex of works, namely:

• Replacement of extension and retraction chains in all boom sections;
• Rust removing in all external and internal cavities of all boom sections;
• Replacement of supporting bearings of guide rollers;
• Replacement of pins of all chains guide rollers;
• Replacement of the set of linings in all boom sections;
• Replacement of hydraulic hoses of the boom;
• Replacement of limit switches and the safety relay;
• Replacement of hydraulic oil and filters;
• Replacement of engine oil and filter;
• Painting of the boom sections and chassis of the lift;
• Diagnosis and inspection of all lift systems;
• Carrying out a full technical expert examination.
